Who doesn’t love a healthy 7? They’re fun, energetic, and cheerful. They can invigorate people with their enthusiasm, positivity, and sense of wonder for the smallest things. (I remember a friend of mine was once genuinely awestruck by the leaves on a tree!) This is how appreciative healthy 7s are of life itself 😃
Average to unhealthy 7s, however, seek to avoid unpleasantness and negative feelings by planning fun into their lives. Unfortunately, distraction doesn’t work as a long term strategy and even fun experiences remain superficial and unsatisfying.
Jim Carrey (likely a 7) once said, “I think everybody should get rich and famous and do everything they ever dreamed of so they can see that it’s not the answer.” For average to unhealthy 7s, they can have experienced so much, yet still feel empty. 😞
