Chenhao Luo's ARC 207 project. In a studio that speculates on a latent opportunity for an urban renaissance in "shrinking cities" that has social and economic value, the project is set as a commercial corridor and lifestyle by increasing the diversity of use to stimulate the consumption level of residents in Syracuse, NY. With an anticipation to improve the overall economy, the project will activate the city. The project divides the site into five microdistricts with varied functions: recess area, theater, fitness club, culture center, and shopping mall.
